Kylie Jenner and Nicki Minaj shared an almost-kiss at a wild Coachella after party, leaving us to just wonder where our invite was. Coachella is obviously the place be and it seems as if half the planet – whether ordinary civilian or mega-famous – got the memo. So of course, for those of us sitting at home in colder climates than the Californian sun, a big pang of jealousy should be expected. And that’s exactly how we felt when we spotted Kylie Jenner partying with Nicki Minaj at a Coachella party in Indio on 13 April.
Kylie, 20 and Nicki, 35 showed each other a lot of love in anew video from the star-studded party. The clip posted by Nicki showed hed hanging out with the lip kit guru, Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie’s boyfriend and baby daddy Travis Scott. In the clip, the Barbie Tingz rapper starts of by filming herself at the music-filled shindig before a dancing Kylie blows kisses to the camera and leans in close to Nicki’s face to give her a little peck on the side of her lips.
Nicki then casually moves on by showing Kourtney flash a peace sign as she dances next to her boyfriend Younes Bendjima. Travis can be seen minding his own business, just like Chance the Rapper and Migos member Quavo. Earlier that day, new mum Kylie Jenner showed off her bright pink hairstyle – presumably a wig – as she arrived with her older sister Kourtney. The 20-year-old – who welcomed baby Stormi in February – was also seen at Coachella with her best friend Jordyn Woods. The group were reportedly picking up their VIP passes, while Kylie’s boyfriend Travis Scott was also seen with a group of bodyguards, according to TMZ.

Kylie – dressed in an oversized denim jacket – shared a picture of herself, Kourtney and Jordyn boarding a private jet to head to Indio, California, earlier in the day. Ah, to be a multi-millionaire. But it’s her caption that had us. It was nothing but the Mean Girls classic quote: ‘I’m not a regular mom I’m a cool mom.’ As usual, Coachella is taking place over two consecutive weekends in this month, in Indio, California, specifically at the Empire Polo Club in the Inland Empire’s Coachella Valley. That’s in the Colorado Desert. The first Coachella happened back in 1999, and the main acts were Beck, the Chemical Brothers, Tool, Morrissey, and Rage Against the Machine. From that bunch, you can see that music played on the seven stages is always from a variety of genres.
This year, Weekend One takes place between Friday 13 and Sunday 15 April, and Weekend Two takes place between Friday 20 and Sunday 22 April. Currently, we know the entire line-up for the first weekend, which kicked off today, but Weekend Two remains shrouded in mystery. And the names on the bill are exciting – because the three headliners are Beyonce, Eminem and The Weeknd. Other big names include Jamiroquai, Cardi B, King Krule, St Vincent, Haim, Alt-J, Post Malone, The Bronx, Fleet Foxes, Jean Michel Jarre, MØ, French Montana, Jessie Ware, SZA and David Byrne. The Weeknd headlined the main stage on Friday, Beyonce will headline tonight and Eminem will be the headline act on Sunday.
