Rapper and actor 50 Cent is ringing out the year on a benevolent note, donating a whopping $3 million to benefit education programs.

‘I wrote a check today for G-Unity foundation to distribute to other non-profit organizations that focus on academic enrichment in low income areas,’ the G-Unit rapper said on Instagram on Thursday.

‘I feel good about it. Positive Vibes,’ he added, along with the hashtag for #lecheminduroi, his champagne company, and #bellator, the mixed martial arts company he partnered with in an apparel deal.

More specifically, 50 Cent wants the money to be, ‘used towards school programs and also the construction of new parks and open space areas for underprivileged kids,’ according to The Blast.
